INFO: Accessible QUIC Report

DESCRIPTION LAST UPDATED:  2023-12-18

DEFAULT SEVERITY LEVEL: INFO

Quick UDP Internet Connections (QUIC) is a protocol that potentially will be used to replace standardized web traffic.  More can be read at Wikipedia on the details of the protocol.  This is a 443/UDP test to see if the server is allow QUIC connections and which version of that protocol is available.  There are not any current vulnerabilities or abusable methodologies with QUIC that we know of at this time.

This is just a population/external surface exposure scan. If you prefer not to receive it, contact us to opt-out.

You can track QUIC exposure on the Dashboard.

Severity levels are described here.

For more information on our scanning efforts, check out our Internet scanning summary page..
