We run the reports every morning for the previous 24 hours, in UTC time. By default, our systems check your networks for each data area every time.
The delivery frequency of reports will depend on the data we collect or have received from partner organizations. If we haven’t gathered any data on your networks within the last 24 hours, you won’t receive a report from us. In fact, if you have a small address space or a very clean one, you may never see a report from us — or you may see one so infrequently, you may start to think we’ve forgotten you or removed your reports. This is not the case. We only send reports based on the data we collect.
The amount of data we collect increases each and every day, and we will continue to test all of that data for your requested networks. If you suspect anything is wrong, or that we might have done something incorrectly, please let us know.
